| 摘 要： | 流行性乙型脑炎病毒是在世界范围内引起病毒性脑炎的重要原因之一,每年乙脑的发病约50000例,其中15000例死亡。乙脑的流行和散发病例多发生在亚太地区。本文将对乙脑的流行病学作一综述。

| Abstract: | Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV)is one of the important causes of viral encephalitis worldwide,of which the disease rate is about 50000 patients per year,and about 15000 patients died.Its prevalence and sporadic cases often happened in Asia-Pacific area.This article reviews the epidemiology of this disease. |
