普罗帕酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效

目的总结我院普罗帕酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效。方法阵发性室上性心动过速患者,给予普罗帕酮70mg加入10%葡萄糖注射液20ml中静脉注射,5～8min注完;首剂未能转律者,再每10分钟注射普罗帕酮35mg,最大累积用量不超过175mg。复律后给予口服普罗帕酮150～200mg,每日3次,维持治疗。结果48例(48/62,77%)首剂即转窦性心律,10例追加剂量后转为窦性,总有效率93.5%。继续以普罗帕酮治疗,随访半年以上未见复发。结论普罗帕酮能有效终止阵发性室上性心动过速。

Therapeutic effect of propofenone on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objectives To summarize therapeutic effect of propofenone on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in our hospital. Methods Propofenone was prescribed at first dose of 70 mg into 20 ml of 10% GS by intravenous injection during 5-8 minutes. If the heart sinus rhythm couldn't be recovery after the first dose, 35mg of propofenone could be duplicated after an interval of 10 minutes and the maximum cumulative dosage was 175 mg. After the heart sinus rhythm was recovery, oral propofenone was prescribed 150-200 mg three times a day. Results 48 cases(77.4%) were recovery to sinus rhythm after first dose and 10 cases were recovery after boost. The total effective rate was 93.5%. Maintaining therapy at dose of 150-200 mg three times a day, there was no recurrence during the half year follow-up. Conclusions Propofenone injection was an active drug to terminate paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Because of its fast effect and little side effect, propofenone could be the common choice of clinical drug and could prevent PSVT effectively.
