丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉行无痛人工流产临床观察

[目的]探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉行无痛人工流产的麻醉效果。[方法]选择无痛人流手术终止妊娠的早孕妇女132例,术前确诊为宫内妊娠,均行无痛人工流产。把患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组先静脉给予阿托品0.3mg,接着枸橼酸芬太尼0.05mg,1min后,缓慢推注丙泊酚2.0～2.5mg/kg,静注时间90～120s;对照组给予先给予静脉给予阿托品0.3mg,接着缓慢推注丙泊酚2.0～2.5mg/kg,静注时间90～120s。观察两组镇痛效果和麻醉效果。[结果]两组麻醉效果优比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组镇痛效果有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]行无痛人工流产时采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉,麻醉效果良好,可以减少丙泊酚的用量,同时减少了呼吸和循环抑制。
