1083例健康体检者体质指数、血压、血脂和血糖分析

目的研究玉林市体检人群体质指数（BMI）、血压、血脂、血糖的异常状况。方法对1083例健康体检者的身高、体重、血压、血脂、空腹血糖资料进行统计分析。结果①4项指标中有1项及1项以上异常者占58.2%,男多于女,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;血压、血脂、空腹血糖随年龄增长异常发生率亦相应增高,但60岁以上人群BMI异常率低于40～59岁人群;②异常比例由高到低依次为体质指数（38.23%）、血脂（26.32%）、血压（25.67%）和血糖（8.68%）。结论玉林市体检人群的体质指数、血压、血脂、空腹血糖异常率较高，必须加强相关项目的定期检测，积极开展健康教育，形成健康的生活方式，从而提高人群的健康水平。

Investigation of BMI,Blood Pressure,Blood Lipids and Fasting Plasma Glucose in 1 038 Residents Receiving Regular Health Examination

Objective To study the abnormal situation of body mass index（BMI）,blood pressure（BP）,blood Lipids（BL） and fasting plasma glucose（FBG） in residents receiving regular health examination in Yulin city.Methods Data of BMI,BP,BL and FPG were obtained from 1 083 residents receiving regular health examination,and were analyzed statistically.Results ①The abnormal rate of one pointers or more was 58.2% among all cases,and was significantly higher in man than that in women,the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The level of the prevalence rates of hypertension,blood lipids abnormality and fasting plasma glucose abnormality increased with the increase of age,but the level of the prevalence rates of BMI abnormality in the age group of 〉60 years was lower than the age group of 40-59 years.②The prevalence rate of BMI abnormality,blood lipids abnormality,blood pressure abnormality and fasting plasma glucose abnormality were 38.23%,26.32%,25.67% and 8.68%.Conclusion The prevalence rates of BMI,BP,BL and FPG of health examination residents in Yulin are high.More attentions should be paid to the regular,healthy examination and lifestyle of residents in order to improve the peoples’healthy level.
