联合监测CA125和常规凝血指标及D-二聚体在卵巢癌中的应用价值

目的 探析常规凝血指标及血浆 D-二聚体和CA125水平对卵巢肿瘤的影响及其监测的重要意义. 方法 选择我院2013年1月-2015年1月因卵巢肿瘤住院接受手术治疗的患者184例,其中88例为卵巢癌组,96例为卵巢良性肿瘤组;同期入院的非肿瘤患者88例为对照组.测定3组 CA125、血小板和PT、APTT、Fib、TT 等凝血指标及D-二聚体水平并比较. 结果 卵巢癌组 Fib 、D-二聚体、CA125 均高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和对照组(P<0.05). 3组患者的 APIT、PT、TT 及血小板相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);卵巢癌组中晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)患者CA125、常规凝血指标、D-二聚体、血小板水平均高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05). 结论 联合监测CA125、血浆D-二聚体及常规凝血指标水平,可早期给予卵巢癌患者预防性的抗凝治疗,防止术后血栓的形成;同时可对高凝状态进行评估,从而控制卵巢癌的发展.

Valuation of joint monitoring CA125,conventional coagulation indexes and D-dimer in ovarian cancer

Objective To explore the effect of conventional coagulation indexes,D-dimer and CA125 levels in ovarian tumor.Methods The 184 hospitalized cases with ovarian tumors were chosen from our hospital in January 2013-January 2015,including 88 cases in ovarian cancer group and 96 cases in ovarian benign tumor group.88 non-cancer patients hospitalized at the same period were used as the control group.The levels of CA125,platelets,the coagulation indexes of PT,APTT,Fib,TT and D-dimer were measured.Results The levels of Fib,D-dimer,CA125 were higher in ovarian cancer group than that of ovarian benign tumor group and the control group (P<0.05).The levels of PT,APIT,TT and platelets in three groups were no statistical significance.The levels of CA125,conventional coagulation index,D-dimmer and platelets were higher in Ⅲ-Ⅳ period than in Ⅰ-Ⅱ period of ovarian cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion Joint monitoring of CA125,conventional coagulation indexes and D-dimer levels not only can give early preventive anticoagulation in ovarian cancer,preventing the formation of thrombosis after surgery,but also can evaluate the high coagulation state to control the development of ovarian cancer.
