摘    要:
目的 建立测定脂肪乳(10%)氨基酸(15)葡萄糖(11%)注射液中钾、钠、镁、钙4种元素的质量分数的方法.方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法),利用内标溶液(45Sc)在线校正漂移,供试品经稀释后直接同时测定注射液中的4种金属元素的量.结果 钾、钠、镁、钙标准曲线r值分别为0.998 6、0.999 0、0.998 7、0.999 7;加样回收率为94.5%~107.7%,精密度试验RSD值分别为1.4%、1.8%、2.1%、1.1%.结论 该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为该类注射液中钾、钠、钙、镁质量分数测定的方法.

Abstract:
Objective To determine the contents of potassium,sodium,magnesium and calcium in lipid emulsion (10%)/amino acids (15) and glucose (20%) injection by ICP-MS.Methods Using the ICP-MS,the internal standard solution (45Sc) was used to correct the drift,and the test samples were directly determined after dilution.Results The r of calibration curves for K,Na,Mg and Ca were 0.998 6,0.999 0,0.998 7,and 0.999 7,respectively.The recoveries were among 94.5%~107.7%.The precision were 1.4%, 1.8%,2.1% and 1.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It could be used for the determination of potassium,sodium,magnesium and calcium in similar injection.
