| 摘 要： | 患者男,44岁。躯干、四肢及眼睑出现黄色丘疹、结节和斑块7年。病程中类似皮疹依次累及双肘部、臀部、双膝、腰部、眼睑、手掌、颈部、肩部及脐周等多处,无明显瘙痒、疼痛。血脂检验示甘油三酯及总胆固醇明显升高。皮肤结节组织病理示:表皮角化过度,真皮中见泡沫细胞群集浸润,符合黄瘤表现。诊断:结节性黄瘤伴扁平黄瘤。

| Abstract: | A 44-year-old male presented with a 7-year history of yellow papules,nodules,patches on trunk,limbs and eyelids.Similar skin rash appeared on the double elbows,hip,knees,waist,eyelids,palms,neck,shoulders and periumbilical during the course without itch and pain.Lipid triglycerides and total cholesterol tests showed higher significantly.Histopathology showed structure was epidermal hyperkeratosis,foam cells appered in the dermis,accord with xanthomatosis.Diagnosis:the tuberous xanthoma with flane xanthoma. |
