| 摘 要： | 我国现有的医药经贸人才数量不足，质量参差不齐，创新能力不足，远不能满足市场的需要。而医药院校作为医药人才培养的摇篮，面临着创新人才培养模式的改革问题。本文从创新理念、人才培养模式、教学内容和教学方法、教师创新素质方面提出了对策。

| Abstract: | There exist insufficient quantity,irregular quality,insufficient innovation ability in the existing economy and trade talents of medicine in our country,which is far from satisfying the need of the market.With the development of medicine economy,economy and trade talents of medicine become the focal point that medicine market economy competes for.As a cradle of training medicine persons,universities of medicine are confronted with the pattern reformation of innovative personnel training.The article brings forward countermeasures from these aspects: innovative idea,personnel training pattern,contents of courses and teaching methods and innovative teacher quality. |
