| 摘 要： | 肺表面活性物质(PS)在维持正常的肺功能起着重要作用,业已证明,PS异常与急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病有关。关于外源性PS治疗ARDS的临床研究有很多,但其疗效文献报道相差很大,这可能与肺损伤程度PS制剂不同、给药途径、时机、剂量及机械通气有关。 |

| Abstract: | Pulmonary surfactants(PS) is important to maintain the normal lung function,and surfactant alterations have been implicated in the pathophysiology of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).There have been many case reports and uncontrolled studies evaluating exogenous surfactant in patients with ARDS,but they have got different results.The potential causes include the severity of the injury at the time of treatment,the variable surfactant preparations,dosing regimes,and delivery methods used in different trials. |
