彩色多普勒超声对布-加综合征的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对布-加综合征的诊断价值。方法应用二维超声图像和彩色多普勒超声血流特点对32例布-加综合征的血流形态特点进行统一诊断分析，并根据不同表现进行分型。结果32例患者中，9例为肝静脉阻塞型，20例为下腔静脉阻塞型，3例为混合型。二维声像图表现为肝静脉和／或下腔静脉不同程度狭窄或闭塞，肝静脉间交通支形成，彩色多普勒表现为肝静脉、下腔静脉内血流变细呈花色或无血流通过。结论彩色多普勒超声可以明确布-加综合征血管病变的部位、范围及类型，准确反映下腔静脉、肝静脉及门静脉的血流方向及流速，可为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF COLOR DOPPLER ULTRASONOGRAPHY ON BUDD - CHIARI SYN-DROME

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of Budd-chiari syndrome （BUS） with Color Doppler Ultrasonography. Methods The blood flow characteristics and blood morphology characteris-tics of 32 patients with Budd- Chiari syndrome were unified analyzed by two - dimensional ultrasound images and color Doppler ultrasound, then classification was carried out according to the different ex-pression. Results In 32 patients, 9 cases of obstruction of the hepatic vein type, 20 cases of inferior vena cava obstruction, 3 cases with mixed type. On two dimensional ultrasonographic, manifestations of hepatic veins and / or inferior vena cava was stenosis or occlusion of hepatic vein, the communica-ting branch formed between hepatic vein, color Doppler manifested blood thinner a suit or no blood flow through of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly Budd-Chiari syndrome vascular lesion location, range and types, can accurately reflect the inferior vena cava, hepatic venous blood flow direction and flow rate, which offers reliable clinical diagnosis and treatment.
