乐肝复方合剂对体外培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用

摘    要:[目的]探讨乐肝复方合剂对四氯化碳损伤体外培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用.[方法]体外培养大鼠肝细胞,用四氯化碳处理制作肝细胞损伤模型,观察乐肝复方合剂对损伤肝细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)活性及糖原含量的影响.[结果]乐肝复方合剂可显著提高损伤肝细胞内SDH,G-6-Pase活性,提高糖原含量,抑制ACPase活性.[结论]乐肝复方合剂对四氯化碳损伤体外培养大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of the Legan compound on CCl_4-intoxicated primary cultured hepatocytes of rats in vitro.METHODS The hepatocytes of rats were cultured in vitro, and made hepatocytes injury models by CCl_4,and the effects of the Legan compound for the activity of SDH,ACPase,G-6-Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed.RESULTS The Legan compound increased the activity of SDH,G-6-Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen,and restrain the activety of ACPase.CONCLUSION The Legan compound has protective effects on CCl_4-induced injury of primary cultured hepatocytes of rats in vitro.
