摘    要:目的:测定不同等级白芍中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱:KromasilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈旬.1%磷酸溶液(14:86);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.2016~1.008μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.36%(RSD=1.27%)。19批样品测定结果表明,一等品中芍药苷的含量在2.88%-3.54%,二等品中芍药苷的含量在2.46%~2.78%,三等品中芍药苷的含量在2.04%~2.32%,四等品中芍药苷的含量在1.34%~1.97%。结论:白芍现有的划分等级的方法较好地体现了白芍的质量差异,为白芍的临床使用和制药企业选择原料提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective: To established a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba.Methods: RP-HPLC method was on Kromasil C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm), with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (14:86) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min 1 and column temperature was 25℃. Results: The calibration curves of paeoniflorin were in good linearity at the range of 0. 201 6-1. 008 μg (r=0. 999 9) . The average recovery was 97.36% (n =6, RSD = 1.27% ) . The results from 19 samples showed that the content of paeoniflorin was between 2. 88% to 3.54% in first rank sample, 2.46% to 2. 78% in second rank sample, 2. 04% to 2.32% in third rank sample, 1.34% to 1.97% in fourth rank sample, respectively. Conclusion: The classification properly reflects the quality of Paeoniae Radix Alba according to content of paeoniflorin, and provides quality information for clinical use.
