摘    要:
在从人外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中诱导DC的过程中加入不同浓度的人甲胎蛋白(AFP),发现DC的数量、共刺激分子CD80的表达以及对T细胞的刺激增殖能力受到明显抑制,而AFP的这种抑制效应与其浓度有关,并能被anti—AFP单抗所拮抗。

Abstract:
Alpha - fetoprotein(AFP) has been show-n t0 suppress a varity of irnmLlne responses in vitro. The irnmunosuppres-sive properties of AFP can be partly attributed to the effect on DCs. Using tI1e PBMC - derived dendritic cel1s, the exper-iments in this report show us the suppressive effect of AFP on DC's amount, the expression of CDl a and CD80 on DC, ssurface. In further study, we exadrined that the effect of AFP on DC's function. The results showed that AFP can alsodecrease the ability 0f DC t0 stimulate allo - Mrn. Further more, all these suppressive effect of AFP are dose edpen-dent, and can be resisted by anti - AFP monoclonal antibody.
