| 摘 要： | 目的:观察尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶对体外循环(CPB)期间凝血功能、纤溶系统活性和血小板数量及术野引流量的变化。方法:择期体外循环下心内直视术患者共120例,采用随机抽样法分为2组,J组:尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶组(n=60),T组:对照组(n=60);监测CPB切皮前(T1)﹑CPB开始后30 min(T2)﹑鱼精蛋白中和肝素后20 min(T3)﹑术后24 h(T4)的凝血酶元时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)﹑凝血酶时间(TT)﹑纤维蛋白原(FIB)﹑血小板(PLT)﹑D二聚体(D-dimer)。收集术后1、3、6、24 h术野引流量(mL)。结果:J组与T组PLT在T2、T3时相比较,P |
