| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院3年口服抗血小板药和抗凝血药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院药库管理系统,调出2008—2010年口服抗血小板药和抗凝血药利用相关数据,通过医院PASS系统,收集2008—2010年出院患者用药分布情况;采用药物流行病学中的药物利用研究法,将统计数据进行用药频度(DDDs)、金额、限定日费用(DDC)排序和B/A分析。结果:DDDs阿司匹林排序第1位,金额排序首位是氯吡格雷,阿司匹林DDC值最低,利伐沙班DDC值最高,阿司匹林、双嘧达莫和华法林B/A值超过1。结论:口服抗凝血药3年来走势总体没有显著变化,但利伐沙班的引进使销售金额排序产生了波动。住院患者用药适应证、用法与用量基本符合国家卫生部和中华医学会的各种指南及药物说明书规定。
