HPLC-ELSD测定天王补心丸中酸枣仁皂苷A的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法联合蒸发光检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定天王补心丸中酸枣仁皂苷A含量的方法,为该制剂质量标准提供依据。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD方法,固定相为Agilent TC(2)-C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃;ELSD检测雾化温度45℃,气体流速为1.6 L.min-1。结果:酸枣仁皂苷A的线性范围为22.5～360μg.mL-1,r2=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.24%,RSD=1.37%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为天王补心丸的质量控制方法。

Determination of Jujuboside A in Tianwang Buxin Pill by HPLC-ELSD

OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of jujuboside A in Tianwang Buxin pill by HPLC-ELSD so as to provide references for quality control of Tianwang Buxin pill.METHODS： The determination was performed by HPLC-ELSD on Agilent TC（2）-C18（4.6×250 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water using a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃.The atomization temperature of ELSD detection was set at 45 ℃ with gas flow rate of 1.6 L·min-1.RESULTS： The linear range of jujuboside A was 22.5-360 μg·mL-1（r2=0.999 6） with an average recovery rate of 99.24%（RSD=1.37 %,n=6）.CONCLUSION： HPLC-ELSD method was proved to be simple,accurate and reproducible and it can be used as quality control for Tianwang Buxin pill.
