| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广西壮族自治区人民医院一分院中药不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:对2009—2010年收集到的92例中药ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、药物剂型、药品种类、ADR涉及的器官和(或)系统及临床表现进行分类统计、分析。结果:中药注射剂引起的ADR发生率居首位,临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见;主要中药制剂品种为双黄连注射剂。结论:应加强和重视中药ADR监测工作,以减少和避免ADR的发生。 |
