善胃方对萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者p21的影响

目的 :观察中药善胃方对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)伴有胃黏膜异型增生 (Dys)和 (或 )肠上皮化生 (IM)的治疗效果 ,并观察癌基因蛋白 p2 1(p2 1)在治疗前后的表达情况。方法 :将内镜和病理确诊为CAG且伴有Dys和 (或 )IM的患者 6 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 ,给予善胃方 ;对照组 ,给予猴头菌片。结果 :①善胃方在总体疗效方面 (90 0 0 % )优于猴头菌片对照组 (5 6 6 7% ) ,P <0 0 5 ;②中药治疗组患者治疗前后腺体萎缩程度缓解明显优于对照组 ,P <0 0 5 ;③中药治疗组患者治疗前后黏膜Dys、IM改善显著优于对照组 ,P <0 0 5 ;④中药治疗组中 ,黏膜 p2 1表达经治疗显著降低P <0 0 1,而对照组治疗前后p2 1表达水平无显著变化。结论 :中药善胃方对萎缩性胃炎有良好的治疗作用 ,并在一定程度上可使黏膜Dys、IM改善 ,降低 p2 1的表达

Influence of Chinese medicine Shanwei Decoction on p21 in cases from precancerous lesions in chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Shanwei Decoction on precancerous lesions in chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).To evaluate the expression of p21 in the treatment of CAG. Methods :60 patients diagnosed through the examinations of Gastroscope and Pathologic were divided into treatment group (30,given Shanwei Decoction) and control group(30,given Houtoujun tablets) randomly.The treatment course was 12 weeks. Results :①The total effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group and 56.67% in control group with a marked difference between them, P <0.05;②The expression of atrophic mucosa gland was decreased obviously in treatment group and there was an obvious difference after treatment in treatment group and control group, P <0.05;③The expression of Dys,IM was decreased obviously in treatment group and there was an obvious difference after treatment in treatment group and control group, P <0.05;④The expression of p21 was decreased obviously in treatment group and there was an obvious difference before and after treatment, P <0.01. Conclusion :The traditional Chinese medicine Shanwei Decoction has a good effect on chronic atrophic gastritis.It can reverse Dys,IM and decrease the expression of p21.
