四川省射洪县留守儿童现况及免疫状况分析

目的了解四川省农村地区留守儿童的现况以及免疫现况。方法对四川省遂宁市射洪县2003-2006年所有预防接种簿（卡）登记的儿童进行留守儿童和流动儿童筛查,同时现场调查150名留守儿童和150名常住儿童进行国家免疫规划疫苗接种情况。结果射洪县2003-2006年出生的儿童共18038名,留守儿童5030名,占所有儿童的27.9%。留守儿童和常住儿童的接种率分别为卡介苗96.7%和98.7%、脊灰疫苗89.3%和91.3%、百白破疫苗86%和93.3%、麻疹疫苗86%和85.3%、乙肝疫苗84.7%和92%。结论留守儿童占所有儿童的1/4多,其疫苗接种情况较常住儿童差,预防接种管理工作应加强。

Analysis on Proportion of Left-behind Children and Their Immunization Status in Rural Area in Sichuan

Objective To find out the proportion of the left-behind children and their immunization status in rural areas in Sichuan. Method Screening was conducted among left behind children and non-permanently residing children who were born during 2003-2007 and with immunization card in Shehong county in Sichuan province, and vaccination coverage survey was carried out among 150 left-behind children and 150 permanently residing children. Result There were 19 038 children who were born during 2003-2006 in Shehong, and 5053 were left-behind children （27.9%）. The vaccination coverage rates of left-behind and permanently residing children were 96. 7% and 98.7% for BCG, 89. 3% and 91.3% for OPV, 86% and 93.3% for DPT, 86% and 85.3% for MV as well as 84. 7% and 92% for Hepatitis B respectively. Conclusion The left-behind children accounted for 27.9% of total children. The vaccination coverage rate in left-behind children was lower than that in permanently residing children. It is necessary to strengthen the management of vaccination in left-behind children.
