| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨用选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用效果。方法：采用Seldirlger方法，用真丝线段和明胶海绵行子宫动脉栓塞。结果：插管成功率100％，治疗后经过1年随访观察，肌瘤和子宫体积明显缩小。结论：选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤具有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of selective uterine arterial embolization in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods:15 cases of uterine leiomyoma underwent bilateral arterial embolization of tumor with silk fragments and gelform.Results:The successful rate of catheterization reached 100%.In follow-up 1 year,uterine leiomyoma markedly shrinked.Conclusion:Selective uterine arterial embolization is an effective technique for uterine leiomyoma. |
