| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胺碘酮在各种心律失常中的治疗作用.方法应用胺碘酮600-1600毫克口服;治疗室上性和室性心律失常,观察其治疗作用以及副作用.结果对室上性心律失常有效率88.5%,室性为96.4%.总有效率为92.6%.结论胺碘酮在室上性及室性心律失常的治疗中疗效显著,无严重副作用.

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the effectiveness of applying amiodarom to treat various arrhythmia diseases. Methods take amiodarom 600-1600mg orally to treat supm-ventricular and ventricular arrhythmia and observe its effect and side effect. Results the effective rate can reach 88.55%. For supra-ventricular arrhythmia 96.4% for ventricular arrhythmia and total efficientcy 92.6%. Conclusions Amiodarom performs well in treating arrhythmia without serious side effects. |
