| 摘 要： | 目的总结小儿手足口病发病的临床特点和治疗经验。方法对2008年5月至2008年9月我院感染科621例手足口病住院患儿作回顾性分析,对其临床特征、并发症和治疗转归加以总结。结果本病好发于5岁以下儿童（94.69%）,皮疹发生率为10O%,发热82.61%,经治病例中238例（38.32%）有并发症,脑炎155例（24.96%）,神经源性肺水肿、肺出血1例（0.16%）,无死亡病例。结论儿童手足口病应早期诊断治疗,注意筛查危重症病人,及时采取对策,预后大多良好。
