| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫与前腹壁粘连的彩色多普勒超声声像图特征及其应用价值。方法对165例子宫与腹壁粘连患者(其中27例经手术证实)进行回顾性分析,探讨其声像图特点。结果165例声像图特征为:(1)膀胱充盈时子宫位置明显高于正常,宫底最高者位于脐下1 cm,子宫宫底前壁局部紧贴前腹壁。(2)所有病例宫颈均明显长于正常,最长可达6 cm。(3)嘱患者深呼吸时,宫体与前腹壁未见相对移动,深吸气后憋气时,因牵拉致宫底和宫体之间形成明显的角度。(4)膀胱排空前后,子宫宫底与前腹壁相对位置无明显变化。结论 超声在诊断剖宫产术后子宫与前腹壁粘连方面有较高的诊断价值,可作为首选检查方法。 |
