| 摘 要： | 目的观察深Ⅱ度烧伤早期削痂DR脱细胞异种皮覆盖的治疗效果。方法随机选取78例以深Ⅱ度创面为主的患者,采用两种不同治疗方法,实验组40例进行了早期(烧伤后48 h内)削痂,DR脱细胞异种皮覆盖术,对照组38例外用SD-Ag包扎治疗。结果早期削痂DR脱细胞异种皮覆盖组在愈合时间、换药次数和感染发生率上与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 深Ⅱ度创面早期削痂DR脱细胞异种皮覆盖效果确切。 |
