摘    要:目的:建立去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量测定方法,并测定不同地区商品贯众中去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量.方法:HPLC法,YWG-C15色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm),流动相甲醇-水(78∶22)等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为298nm,柱温25℃.结果:去甲氧基荚果蕨素进样量在0.188 0~ 1.316 μg时线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.38%,RSD 2.40%.对不同地区商品贯众中去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量测定结果表明,河北石家庄的绵马贯众中去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量最高,为0.35%,北京西城的绵马贯众中去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量最低,为0.17%.结论:该方法操作简单,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于商品贯众及其相关药材中去甲氧基荚果蕨素的含量分析.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from different areas of China.Method: The analysis was performed on a column of YWG-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm),using methanol and water(78∶22) as mobile phase and the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at 298 nm under 25 ℃.Result: The linearity of calibration curve was in the range of 0.188 0-1.316 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.38%,RSD 2.40%.The highest content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from Shijiazhuang is 0.35%.The lowest content of desmethoxymatteucinol in Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis from Xicheng district of Beijing is 0.17%.Conclusion: This method is accurate,repatable and can be applied to determine the content of desmethoxymatteucinol in crude drug Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis.
