62株铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

目的 了解医院感染铜绿假单胞菌临床科室分布及耐药趋势,为临床合理选用抗菌药提供依据.方法 铜绿假单胞菌培养与鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行,药敏试验采用K-B纸片扩散法.结果 62株铜绿假单胞菌主要分布在呼吸科、神经外科、血液科,分别占37.10％、16.13％、16.13％;耐药率＞50.00％的抗菌药物为头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶；头孢哌酮/舒巴坦最敏感,敏感率为96.77％;亚胺培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮、头孢他啶,敏感率＞80.00％；哌拉西林、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、氨曲南,敏感率＞70.00％.结论 铜绿假单胞菌已有明显耐药趋势,应加强监测与控制.

Clinical distribution and drug resistance of 62 strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa

OBJECTIVE To learn the clinical distribution and the drug resistance developing tendency of the nosocomial Pseudomonad aeruginosa infection,to provide the basis for clinics to select antibiotics reasonably.
