头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察

目的 评价头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗重症肺炎的疗效及安全性.方法 对2010年4月-2011年4月医院住院的36例重症肺炎患者,应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,1次/6 h,静脉滴注,疗程7～14 d,观察治疗前及治疗后的临床症状及体征、影像学表现、治疗时间、临床疗效、细菌学疗效和不良反应.结果 36例患者经头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗后临床有效率为83.34％,不良反应发生率为5.56％.结论 头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗重症肺炎是安全有效的.

Efficacy and safety of cefoperazone/sulbactam in treatment of severe pneumonia

OBJECTIVE To estimate the efficiency and safety of cefoperazone/sulbactam in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.
