荧光PCR法检测手足口病病原体及其临床意义

目的 探讨荧光定量PCR法对手足口病病原学诊断价值,以便为临床提供简便易行的实验室方法.方法 采集75份具有典型临床表现手足口病患者的便标本,提取病毒RNA,采用荧光定量PCR法进行肠道病毒筛选,及肠道病毒71型(EV71)与柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)的检测,并结合临床诊断进行比较分析.结果 手足口病患者的75份便标本中,共检测出肠道病毒核酸阳性73份,检出率为97.3％,CA16核酸阳性11份,EV71核酸阳性49份,肠道病毒核酸阳性且CA16和EV71核酸均阴性18份；EV71与CA16感染病例的临床表现相似,主要为发热、口腔溃疡和皮疹.结论 发病早期采集粪便用荧光PCR法进行手足口病病原体检测有助于及时作出手足口病的病原学诊断,且是一种简单易行的方法.
