免疫印迹法检测梅毒抗体及评价

目的 建立梅毒抗体免疫印迹法(TP-WB)检测梅毒(TP),并对其效果进行评价.方法 对第1组(13份)用甲苯胺红不加热试验与酶联免疫吸附试验法检测和第2组(28份)对双酶联免疫吸附试验法筛检的可疑样本进行明胶颗粒凝集试验与TP-WB方法确证检测并比较.结果 两组用明胶颗粒凝集试验确证分别为6例阳性、2例可疑、5例阴性和12例阳性、2例可疑、14例阴性,阳性率为46.2％、42.9％；而用TP-WB法检测分别为11例阳性、2例可凝和18例阳性、2例可凝、8例阴性阳性率为84.6％、64.3％.结论 TP-WB法操作简便,结果易观察,无需特殊设备,灵敏度特异性好,更适宜各级实验室梅毒确证检测.
