| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2005-2009年医院感染的细菌分布情况和耐药变化趋势.方法 回顾分析2005-2009年15 858株病原菌分离株在临床的分布情况,统计分析其中主要病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药趋势.结果 15 858株临床分离株中,革兰阴性菌占65.8％,革兰阳性菌占34.2％；大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs菌株的检出率均呈上升趋势,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物对它们仍具有高度抗菌活性,对亚胺培南的耐药率均＜2.5％；金黄色葡萄球菌MRSA的平均检出率为71.1％,其对万古霉素、利奈唑胺的敏感率为100.0％.结论 细菌耐药形势非常严峻,应重视多药耐药菌的预防隔离工作,加强监控,合理使用抗菌药物. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the clinical distribution and drug resistance characteristics of pathogens from nosocomial Infection isolated from 2005 to 2009. METHODS Samples from inpatients in our hospital were gathered between Jan 2005 and Dec 2009.The software of WHONET 5.6 was used for analyzing. RESULTS Among 15 858 strains of pathogens were isolated in our hospital during the five years,the isolating rate of Gram-negative bacilli was 65.8%,the same of Gram-positive bacteria was 34.2%.The detection rates of ESBLs... |
