| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨严重下肢创伤的治疗方法。方法 应用显微技术修复106例各类严重的下肢创伤。结果 在106例患者中，应用显微技术进行清创、皮瓣转移、神经移植、血管移植等方法进行修复，成功率达到99％。结论 根据患者创伤的程度不同，严格掌握适应证，应用显微技术治疗可获得良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Probe into the way to repair of the severely traumatized lower extremity. Methods Used the microsrgical technique to repair 106 patients with severely traumatized lower extremity. Results Used flaps, bones, vasa and nerves transplantation to repair The 106 pients. The rate of success is 99%. Conclusion According to the different defects. Of the severely traumatized lower extremity, used microsurgical techniqueCan acquire satisfactory result. |
