上颌中切牙不同厚度瓷贴面应力分布的三维有限元分析

摘    要:
目的 采用三维有限元分析上颌中切牙不同厚度瓷贴面应力分布情况。方法在上中切牙三维数据模型上,采用pro-engineer生成不同厚度切端包绕型瓷贴面模型,pro-mechanica软件进行三维有限元分析在不同加载条件下瓷贴面应力分布情况。结果在三种不同加载方式下,不同厚度瓷贴面应力分布无统计差异。结论瓷贴面厚度对其载荷后应力分布影响较小。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the stress distribution of different porcelain laminate veneers with three dimensional finite element methods. Methods Overlapped porcelain laminate veneers with different thickness by Pro-engineer software in digital maxillary central incisor model. After setting the load mode, analysis of the stress distribution was carried out by pro-mechanica software with 3D finite element methods under different load conditions. Results There was no significant difference in the stress distribution under three types of load conditions for the porcelain laminate veneers with different thickness. Conclusion The thickness of porcelain laminate veneers has less effect on the stress distribution.
