| 摘 要： | 目的:通过临床药师参与化脓性骨髓炎的治疗实践,以利于有效控制耐甲氧西林金葡球菌感染。方法:临床药师及时监测去甲万古霉素的血药浓度、提供咨询意见,根据患者的病情变化,与临床医生共同协商,制订针对性的治疗方案并随时修正。结果:经过长达4个月的抗感染治疗,终于成功地控制患者的感染,并保全了下肢。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗学水平。

| Abstract: | Objective: Clinical pharmacists took a part in the treatment of one patient with pyogenic osteomyelitis to more effectively control the MRSA infection.Methods: The clinical team included doctors,pharmacists and nurses.Pharmacists measured the plasma concentration of norvancomycin in time,and provided their consultant opinions for establishing and adjusting the appropriate therapeutic regimens according to the patient's conditions.Results: After the antibacterial treatment for 4 months,the patient's infection was finally controlled and his right leg had been avoided to be cut off.Conclution: Clinical pharmacists taken part in clinical practice will improve the rational pharmacotherapy. |
