| 摘 要： | 介绍国内外对喜树碱及其衍生物的研究情况，总结CPT结构修饰对溶解性、内酯环稳定性和药物活性的影响。喜树碱的研究目前虽已有很大进展，但仍需要获取更有效的衍生物来克服临床应用所遇到的一些问题。

| Abstract: | To review the research progress of camptothecin and its derivant. The effects of structural modification on drug dissolubility, stability of lactone link and drug activity are demonstrated. Many progress has been made in the study on camptothecin. It is necessary to obtain effective defivant to solve some problem during its clinical application. |
