| 摘 要： | 本文报告16例肺癌患者血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)性质及量的变化,并与10例良性胸部疾病作对照,结果显示:癌变组免疫学性质改变的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD-Ⅰ)含量明显高于良性病变组。对11例切除原发灶的肺癌患者行手术前后对照,结果表明:术后 CuZn-SOD-Ⅰ明显下降,铜锌超氧化物歧化酶总量(CuZn-SOD-C)、总超氧化物歧化酶活力(SOD-A)则升高。作者认为:肺癌可导致全身抗自由基损伤酶 CuZn-SOD 在性质及量上发生改变。

| Abstract: | This paper presents changes of quality and quantity of serum copper-and zinc-containing Sup- eroside dismutase(CuZn-SOD)in 16 patients with lung cancer,and 10 with non-cancerous thorac- ic lesions.The results showed that immunologically changed CuZn-SOD(CuZn-SOD-I)from can(?)r patients was much higher in concentration than that from non-cancerous patients(P<0.01).Coma- risons were made between Pre-and post-operations in 11 case of lung cancer.It was indicated that post operative CuZn-SOD-I declinied significantly(P<0.01),while CuZn-SOD content(CuZn-SOD- C)and SOD activity(SOD-A)increased.We thus consider that lung cancer can cause the chan- ges in CuZn-SOD not only in quantity,but also in quality. |
