郯城县2011～2012年居民死因监测数据分析

目的：掌握郯城县居民死因构成及其顺位，为慢性病综合防治及公共卫生决策提供科学依据。方法通过死因监测系统收集2011～2012年郯城县居民死因资料，采用死亡率、构成比等指标进行分析。结果2011～2012年郯城县居民平均死亡率为591．83/10万，前5位死因为脑血管疾病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、伤害，占全死因的86．84％。结论脑血管病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病为影响居民健康的主要疾病；伤害是造成居民寿命损失较为严重的疾病，是居民＂早死＂的主要原因之一。今后疾病控制工作的重点应是加强慢性非传染性疾病的防治力度。

ANALYSIS OF DEATH CAUSES OF THE RESIDENTS OF TANCHENG COUNTY FROM 2011 TO 2012

Objective To explore the causes of death of the residents in Tancheng county ,and to provide a scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment for chronic diseases and the policy of the public hy-giene .Methods The death rate and constituent ratio were analyzed by collecting causes of death in 2011-2010 through the death-causing monitoring system .Results T he residents’ average death rate of 2011-2012 in Tancheng is 591 .83/100 ,000 .The first five causes of the death were cerebrovascular disease ,heart dis-ease ,respiratory system disease and tumors ,w hich accounts for 86 .84% of the w hole death .Conclusion The non-communicable chronic diseases ,such as cerebrovascular diseases ,heart diseases ,respiratory dis-eases and tumors ,are the major diseases w hich effect the health of the residents and are also considered the main causes of “early death” .Disease control in the future is the key measure for the prevention and treat-ment of non-infectious chronic diseases .
