不同抗凝剂对网织红细胞检测的影响

目的：探索不同抗凝剂对网织红细胞检测结果的影响及抗凝血进行网织红细胞计数的可行性。方法运用试管法行煌焦油蓝染色15min后，镜下计数网织红细胞。结果枸橼酸钠抗凝血组网织红细胞计数（9．86＆#177;3．57）‰与未加抗凝剂组（10．09＆#177;3．60）‰比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05），肝素抗凝剂组网织红细胞计数（7．52＆#177;3．0）‰明显低于未加抗凝剂组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论枸橼酸钠抗凝血可以用于网织红细胞计数，肝素抗凝血不适合用于网织红细胞计数。

THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT ANTICOAGULANT ON RETICULOCYTE DETECTION

Objective To explore the effects of different anticoagulants on the result of reticulocyte detec-tion and the feasible method to conduct reticulocyte count with anticoagulation . Methods Reticulocyte count was conducted under a microscope after using test tube method for brilliant cresyl blue stain 15 min . Results The difference in reticulocyte counting between the group with anticoagulation of sodium citrate （9 .86±3 .57） ‰ and the group （10 .09 ± 3 .60） ‰ without any anticoagulation was not statistically sig-nificant（ P〉0 .05） .The reticulocyte counting （7 .52±3）% of the group applying heparin anticoagulant was significantly lower than that of the group without any anticoagulant ,and the difference has statistical significance（ P 〉0.05） .Conclusion The anticoagulation of sodium citrate can be used for reticulocyte count ,but the anticoagulation of heparin can’t.
