主动脉球囊反搏治疗急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克的疗效观察

目的：探讨主动脉内气囊反搏术（IABP）治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）合并心源性休克（CS）患者的疗效。方法选择贵州省人民医院29例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者，观察应用IABP辅助治疗前后患者收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和心率的变化及IABP相关并发症。结果患者治疗前与治疗后3d的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和心率，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。IABP 相关并发症3例，无严重并发症。结论 AMI合并心源性休克患者应尽量应用IABP辅助治疗。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE TREATMENT OF USING AORTIC BALLOON COUNTER PULSATION IN ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION COMPLICATED WITH CARDIOGENIC SHOCK

Objective To explore curative effects of IABP in patients suffering from AMI combined with cardiogenic shock .Methods 29 cases of AMI combined with cardiogenic shock were treated with IABP as an accessory therapy .Subsequently ,systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure ,average arterial pressure ,heart rate ,and postoperative complication were observed before and after taking IABP .Results The systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure ,average arterial pressure ,and heart rate after taking IABP had significant difference（ P ＆lt;0 .05）when compared with those in the preoperation .3 patients were detected with postop-erative complication and no severe ones were observed .Conclusion IABP treatment should be used as an ac-cessory therapy in AMI patients complicated with cardiogenic shock .
