避孕套在紧急鼻腔填塞治疗严重鼻出血中的应用

目的探索一种治疗效果好,损伤小,患者痛苦小,操作简便,取材容易,价格便宜的治疗严重鼻出血的方法。方法采用避孕套内凡士林纱条填塞法填塞鼻腔治疗严重鼻出血61例。结果有效43例,改善13例,无效5例,总有效率为91.8%。结论采用避孕套内凡士林纱条填塞法治疗严重鼻出血疗效好,优点多,经在万方数据库和维普资讯网检索,未有同类报道,值得临床推介。

Condoms applied to treat severe epistaxis in the emergency nasal cavity fading

Objective To explore an effectual treatment with small damage,little agony to patients,operated simply,drawing easily inexpensively.The method is to treat severe epistaxis.Methods To treat severe epistaxis by using condom filling with vaseline gauze put into nose,which had been practised on 61 cases.Results Effective 43 cases,improved 13 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total effective rate was 91.8%.Conclusion Filling nose with condom that is clogged vaseline gauze to treat severe epistaxis has good curative effect.It has many advantages,there is no similar report by Wanfang Data or VIP Information retrieval,it is worthy of recommendation.
