| 摘 要： | 目的观察非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者根治性手术治疗前后外周血中辅助性T淋巴细胞（Th）1、Th2、Th17细胞水平的变化。方法用流式细胞仪检测27例NSCLC患者术前3 d及术后14 d外周血中的Th1、Th2、Th17细胞。结果肺癌患者手术治疗前外周血中Th1为24.47%±10.34%、Th2为22.16%±9.98%、Th17为1.68%±1.10%,手术后分别为27.91%±7.06%、12.39%±7.84%、1.12%±0.46%;手术后Th2和Th17细胞水平与术前相比,P均〈0.05。结论 NSCLC患者根治性手术治疗后外周血中Th1细胞水平升高,Th2、Th17细胞水平降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of Th1 and Th2 and Th17 in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） pre-and postoperative.Method The Th1 and Th2 and Th17 in peripheral blood were examined in 27 patients with NSCLC on 3 days before operation and the 14th day after operation by FCM.Results The Th2 and Th17 in postoperative were significantly lower than that in preoperative（22.16%±9.98% vs 12.39%±7.84%,P0.01;1.68%±1.10% vs 1.12%±0.46%,P0.05）.The Th1 in postoperative were higher than that in preoperative,but there were no statistical significance（24.47%±10.34% vs 27.91%±7.06%,P0.05）.Conclusion After radical surgery treatment,the level of Th1 cells in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC is increased and the levels of Th2 and Th17 cells are decreased. |
