| 摘 要： | 目的观察谷氨酰胺对高氧肺损伤的干预效果,探讨防治高氧肺损伤的有效措施。方法建立大鼠肺损伤模型,比较高氧组与空气组及不同剂量谷氨酰胺组大鼠肺组织病理形态学的变化以及血浆8-异前列腺素F2 a水平。结果高氧组肺泡细胞形态破坏明显,细胞内结构肿胀,大剂量谷氨酰胺组细胞形态破坏程度较高氧组明显减轻。高氧组各时间点血浆8-异前列腺素F2 a水平均显著高于空气组（P均〈0.05）;高氧组血浆8-异前列腺素F2 a水平在3、7、14 d均高于大剂量谷氨酰胺组（P均〈0.05）,与小剂量谷氨酰胺组相近（P〉0.05）。结论氧化应激与高氧肺损伤密切相关,大剂量谷氨酰胺对高氧肺损伤的氧化应激作用具有明显的干预作用。 |
