子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠42例的临床应用

目的探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床应用价值。方法对42例剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的患者进行双侧子宫动脉内灌注甲氨蝶呤（MTX）和明胶海绵条栓塞,3～5d后行清宫术。结果 42例患者均成功实施了子宫动脉化疗栓塞,清宫时出血量平均20ml,无严重并发症。随访2～3个月,月经均恢复正常。结论子宫动脉化疗栓塞是治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的一种很有价值的方法,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical application of uterine arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of 42 cases cesarean scar pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical application of uterine arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）.Methods 42 cases,who were diagnosea as CSP were included in the study.After a surgery of bilateral uterine artery infusion MTX and uterine arterial embolization with gelfoem,three to five day later.there was a uterine curettage to be done.Results All patients had successful completion of uterine arterial chemoembolization operations.Average blood loss was 20ml in later uterine curettage.All had no massive complications.Conclusion Uterine arterial chemoembolization is a valuable methods in treatment of CSP.
