| 摘 要： | 目的:对抗病毒口服液含量测定方法进行改进.方法:采用HPLC法,C18柱,以乙腈-水(23:77)为流动相;检测波长为229nm.结果:加样回收率为97.63%,RSD=1.89%,重复性良好.结论:本法测定结果准确可靠,可用于抗病毒口服液的质量控制. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the method of Assay in Kangbingdu Oral Solution. Methods: the determination was performed by HPLC,using C18 column,acetonitrite -water(12 : 88)as mobile phase and the detective wavelength was set at 229nm. Results:the average recovery was 97. 63% ,RSD=1. 89%. Conclusions:the method is accurate and can be used for the method to control the quality in this medicine. |
