海洛因依赖者血清丙二醛含量和总超氧化物歧化酶活力的初步观察

摘    要:采用硫代巴比妥法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别测定了212倒海洛因依赖者和100例正常人血清丙二醛含量和总超氧化物歧化酶活力水平。结果:海洛因依赖者血清丙二醛含量与正常人无显著性差异,且与滥用海洛因年限、滥用量和病情无关;血清总超氧化物歧化酶活力明显低于正常人,滥用者0.5a内该酶活力应激性增高,0.5a后明显降低。作者认为,海洛因依赖者机体抗氧化能力明显降低。

Abstract:The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the serum of the heroin addicts and normal control persons were examined biochemically. The results showed that there was no difference between the content of MDA in the serum of the heroin addicts and that of the normal; the activity of total SOD in the serum of the heroin addicts was significantly lower than that of the normal (P<0. 01). Our results suggested that heroin may inhibit the ability to antioxide in the human bodies.
