对氧磷酶-1在大鼠模型2型糖尿病牙周炎相关作用研究

目的通过检测与分析大鼠2型糖尿病伴牙周炎血清中对氧磷酶-1数值的水平变化,分别探讨2型糖尿病与牙周炎的相关性。方法选用40只6周的SD大鼠雌雄各半随机分为4组,正常(N)对照组10只,牙周炎(P)组为10只,链脲佐菌素致糖尿病(D)组10只,糖尿病牙周炎(DP)组10只,各组模型接受相应的处理。采用分光度分析法测定血清中对氧磷酶-1的变化,来分别确定它们的相关性。结果 D、DP组大鼠血清中对氧磷酶-1活性低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论本研究中发现对氧磷酶-1活性的下降与糖尿病牙周炎有密切的关系。

The oxygen phosphorus enzyme-1 in the rat model type 2 diabetes periodontitis related functions

Objective The test and analysis rats with type 2 diabetes in serum phosphorus periodontitis for oxygen enzyme-1 level changed numerical,type 2 diabetes and study the correlation of periodontal disease.Methods Choose only six weeks of 40 SD rats and male randomly divided into 4 groups evenly divided,normal control group(N) only 10,periodontitis(P) group for only 10,chain with bacteria to diabetes,urea(D) group only 10,diabetes periodontitis(DP) group only 10,the model accept the corresponding processing.Using photometric analysis in serum determination points for oxygen phosphorus enzyme-1 changes,to determine their correlation respectively.Results D,DP rats,serum phosphorus to oxygen enzyme activity-1 below the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This study found to oxygen phosphorus enzymes and diabetes drop periodontitis have close relationship.
