中药动脉灌注治疗转移性肝癌的临床研究

目的观察中药(康莱特、榄香烯、华蟾素)动脉灌注治疗转移性肝癌的疗效。方法102例转移性肝癌患者,随机分治疗组(中药动脉灌注)52例、对照组(化学药物动脉灌注)50例。结果治疗组有效率(包括完全缓解和部分缓解患者)为25.0%,临床获益率(包括完全缓解、部分缓解和病情稳定患者)为73.1%,与对照组比较无显著性差异;而1年、2年生存率为67.3%、32.6%,明显高于对照组。结论中药动脉灌注既能保护患者的肝脏功能、提高患者的细胞免疫功能、改善患者的生活质量,还无明显的毒副作用。中药动脉灌注治疗转移性肝癌疗效肯定,为中医药治疗恶性肿瘤提供了新的思路和方法。

Treatment of metastatic liver cancer with arterial perfusion of Chinese herbal drugs

Objective To observe the curative effect of arterial perfusion of some Chinese herbal drugs(injection of Kanglaite,elemene and cinobufagin) on metastatic liver cancer.Method The patients with metastatic liver cancer(n=120) were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=52,treated with arterial perfusion of Chinese herbal drugs) and the control group(n=50,treated with chemical medicines).Result The effective rate was 25.0% and the rate of clinical benefit was 73.1% in the treatment group,which was not different compared with those of the control group.The survival rate of 1 year and 2 years was respectively 67.3% and 32.6%,which was obviously higher than that of the(control) group.Conclusion The arterial perfusion of Chinese herbal drugs could protect the liver function of the(patient),promote cell immunity,improve patient's life quality and had no obvious toxic and side effects.The therapy of arterial perfusion of Chinese herbal drugs has a reliable curative effect,which(provides) new ways for treating malignant tumors with Chinese medicine.
