| 摘 要： | 目的对聚乙二醇1000维生素E琥珀酸酯(TPGS)的理化性质、在药物制剂与临床治疗中的应用进行综述。方法依据近期国外公开发表的文献与专利,对TPGS的研究应用及理化性质与安全性,进行分类、归纳和整理。结果TPGS在制剂研究中可作为增溶剂、吸收促进剂、乳化剂、增塑剂以及脂溶性药物传递系统的载体;在临床上可治疗维生素E缺乏症,改善维生素E缺乏患者体内维生素E水平。结论TPGS作为一种安全有效的药用辅料与维生素E补充剂,在药学领域应用前景广阔,将会得到广泛应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To review the application of D-α-tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS)in pharmaceutical preparation and clinical treatment.Methods Based on the recently published papers and patents,the research work on the application of TPGS was classified and summarized.Results TPGS had been extensively applied as a pharmaceutical excipient,such as solubilizing agent,absorption enhancer,emulsifier,plasticizer and vehicle for controlled drug delivery application;and it also could treat vitamin E deficiency or vitamin E malabsorption in clinic.Conclusions TPGS is safe and effective as pharmaceutical excipient and vitamin E supplement.It has a very good prospect in the field of pharmaceutics. |
