正交试验法优选黑芝麻油的超声提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选出黑芝麻脂肪油的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,运用超声技术提取。结果用超声技术提取黑芝麻油,出油率与溶剂种类、溶剂用量及超声时间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。当溶剂选用石油醚、溶剂量为供试品的12倍、超声时间为45min时,其出油率可达60.32%。结论该法工艺简单、可靠、提取率高。

Abstract:Objective Selecting the better ultrasonic extraction of Semen sesami nigrum oil. Method The optimum extraction was selected by the orthogonal design. The ultrasonic extraction technology was used. Results The Semen sesami nigrum oil yield was affected significantly by solvent varieties, process solvent and extraction time(P<0.01). As the process was that pertroleum ether was used as extracting solvent, adding 12 times amount of solvent and ultrasonic extracting for 45 min, the Semen sesami nigrum oil yield was 60. 32%.Conclusion The process was simple and reliable. The fatty oil yield was high.
