针刺治疗原发性高血压的研究进展

原发性高血压病是一种临床综合征,主要表现为体循环动脉压异常增高,是引起心脑血管疾病重要危险因素,对靶器官如心、肝、肾等有重要的损害,是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。目前治疗高血压病可用针刺疗法,其机理主钥匙通过神经递质、胰岛素抵抗、免疫系统以及血管内皮功能等因素使血压受到影响,并以机体体液-神经-内分泌等多个调节系统的控制来降低血压。针刺疗法治疗原发性高血压有确切疗效,短期疗效尤为显著,相对于药物治疗,降压效果好,不良反应少,安全性高。但其远期疗效尚存争议,有待进一步探究。

Study Progress in Acupuncture Therapy for Patients with Primary Hypertension

It is one of the most serious diseases to human health. Currently, acupuncture therapy can be used for the treatment of hypertension and its mechanism is that the blood pressure is affected by neurotransmitters, insulin resistance, immune system and vascular endothelial function and blood pressure is controlled by a number of regulatory systems, such as body fluid, nerve, endocrine, etc. Acupuncture for the treatment of primary hypertension has exact curative effect and remarkable short-term curative effect. Antihypertensive effect of acupuncture is good, with less adverse reaction and high safety, compared with medicinal treatment. However, its long-term efficacy remains controversial and needs further investigation.
