细菌耐药背景下中药抗菌作用研究进展

自青霉素被发现以来,抗菌药物被广泛应用于临床中,为人类的健康生活做出了巨大的贡献,但也由此产生了日渐严重的细菌耐药问题。中药材在中国有着数千年的临床使用历史,至今未发现明显的耐药菌产生,其作用可见一斑。中药的开发利用对解决细菌耐药性问题有非常大的潜力。作者就耐药菌的现状及抗耐药菌中药复方、单味中药、中药单体的实验研究结果作一简要综述,以期为临床用药以及中药新药研发提供参考。

Advances of Researches On Antibiosis Function of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Background of Bacterial Resistance

Since penicillin was discovered, antibiotics have been widely used in clinical and make great contribution to human health and their life, but also have a growing problem: bacterial resistance. The application Chinese material medica enjoys a long history of thousand years in China, and there has not yet been found any obvious drug-resistance bacteria. Thus its effect is proved. It still remains great capacity in development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine for solving the problem of bacterial resistance. This paper is a summary of the status quo of drug resistance of bacteria and the results of researches and studies on anti-drug-resistant strains of Chinese herbal compound, single herb and monomer in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and the development of new traditional Chinese Medicine.
